The house has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and comfortably sleeps eleven. The main sitting and dining areas have polished wood floors and an original wood burning fire place for those cooler Merimbula evenings.
The sleeping accommodation comprises the following three bedrooms with access to the 20 metre across deck with views of Merimbula Bay:
- King bedroom and ensuite bathroom
- Queen bedroom
- Bunk room (two beds)
And a further two bedrooms:
- Twin room
- Triple room
In addition to the ensuite bathroom there is a second bathroom with shower and bath in the main house, and a third bathroom next to the laundry, downstairs which is accessed by exiting the house and re-entering through the laundry.
Doonas for summer and winter, pillows, extra blankets and cleaning services at the end of the tenancy, are supplied. Tenants are required to bring their own bed linen.
A separate laundry is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer.
Perched on a double block, it has a large secluded garden with extensive lawns and a wide variety of trees and flowering bushes including grevillea, banksia, hydrangeas and agapanthus – and a haven for many different bird species.
